Family Fitness Room
Don't skip your workout because of your children. Bring them along to the Family Fitness Room at the Sports & Fitness Center! Children can play in the glass enclosed playroom while you work out next door.

The room is equipped with cardio equipment including two elliptical machines, two treadmills and a recumbent bike. Also available are hand weights, stretching mats and fitness balls. Children are well-entertained with a TV and DVD player along with tables and chairs. Families can bring DVD's, books and other toys and activities from home for their children. Stay tuned for the track stroller fitness class which includes a mix of cardio and strength training with strollers at the running track.
