Army Community Service (ACS)
The first stop for newcomers to the area should be the ACS Relocation Readiness office. Located in the Davis Family Readiness Center, the ACS team of Relocation Readiness specialists can get your started with facts about Vicenza, all the tools you need to set up house until your goods get here at the lending closet, and networking with the other helpful agencies within ACS.

Tax Relief Office (TRO)
Tax Relief Office programs are available for command-sponsored personnel only, are limited to authorized utility companies and are completely voluntary. Tax Relief Office hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and they are open during lunch. Stop by and find out what the TRO might be able to do for you!
