Welcome
Better Opportunities for Single Service Members (BOSS) is a program that supports the overall quality of life for single service members. BOSS identifies well-being issues and concerns by recommending improvements through the chain of command. BOSS encourages and assists single service members in identifying and planning for recreational and leisure activities.
Additionally, BOSS provides single service members the opportunity to participate in and contribute to their community. Motivated single service members with strong senior Military and MWR guidance are the backbone of the BOSS Program. Single service members on Camp Darby enjoy a better quality of life, more community service opportunities and recreational events with the help of BOSS. Each unit on Camp Darby has representatives, but the events and activities are open to all single service members and unaccompanied service members.

Membership
All single service members, to include single parents and geographical bachelors, are welcome. We welcome all ranks: enlisted and officers.
