The Vicenza Library serves the educational and recreational needs of the Vicenza community by providing a variety of materials. The library has 25 computers with Internet access and FREE printing. Along with over 40,000 books, the library has an extensive DVD collection of popular movies, TV shows and documentaries. There are video games, music CDs, audio books, language CDs and Playaways available for check out. The Library subscribes to over 100 magazines and three newspapers with access to thousands more through the online databases.
Stop by the Library today to find out about their next event, such as preschool storytime, book club or the summer reading program. In addition there is a multi-person conference room available to members of the community and the library staff can help those obtaining their driver's license by providing copies of the driver's testing manual.
The library hosts several monthly activities including:
Pre-School Story Time: Every Wednesday at 11 a.m.
Third Thursday: Poetry, reader's theater or discussion every 3rd Thursday from 6-8 p.m.
Book Club: First Thursday of the month at 7 p.m.
