Vicenza's CYS Army Family Child Care program might be for you! Subsidy incentives are available for infant care, shift care, or special needs care. Toys and equipment are available from the FCC Lending Library to FCC providers. Please contact the FCC Office for more information or to register for the free FCC provisional trainings held periodically. The Family Child Care Program is an alternative to center-based care and accepts children ages six weeks to 12 years. FCC is in-home care provided by an adult, who is certified by Child Development Services (CDS), in CDS certified government quarters or a state licensed home off-post. FCC offers a family atmosphere with a limited number of children. Active duty, DoD civilians and contract employees that are part of the Vicenza community are eligible sponsors for this program.
