The Relocation Readiness Program provides assistance to military personnel (active duty, retired, National Guard, Reserve), DoD civilians, and family members moving to or from Vicenza. The Relocation Readiness Program will provide information on Vicenza as well as Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine installations worldwide. PLAN MY MOVE/MILITARY INSTALLATIONS is the program which guides you with detailed information on installations worldwide, planning calendars and checklists for a smooth move as well as information on local weather, maps, programs, services and photos of over 250 military installations. The Lending Closet offers loan of basic household items to personnel awaiting receipt of their personal property or PCS travel. Loans are made for a designated period of time for both families and single Soldiers PCSing to or from Vicenza. Items available include: small electrical appliances, pots, pans, dishes, ironing boards, infant car seats, high chairs, playpens, and more. The Relocation Readiness Program offers weekly in processing briefings, the Benvenuti cultural-orientation class, language classes including "English as a Second Language" and "Italian as a Second Language" and sponsorship training. English as a Second Language • Mondays 2 - 4 p.m. & Fridays 9 - 11 a.m. Italian as a Second Language • Mondays & Thursdays 9 - 11 a.m.
