Customer Management Services has arrived at U.S. Army Garrison-Vicenza
The "Voice of the Customer" just got louder thanks to the implementation of the Customer Management Services (CMS) program at U.S. Army Garrison, Vicenza. In an effort to improve the services on all of its installations, the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) put CMS into action to continuously gather customer feedback and resolve issues at the installation and garrison level on a routine and consistent basis. What does CMS involve?
- Corporate and Customer Assessments - Yearly customer surveys sent out ot the community and tenant units on the garrison to gauge how IMCOM and your garrison commander are making Vicenza your Army's home. Results of the survey will always be shared with the community so that you know that IMCOM hears what you are saying.
- CommunityFIRST - A quarterly process designed to resolve garrison-level issues gathered from the community & constituent focus groups. These focus groups will not replace the monthly InfoX meeting, but will work in conjunction. Issues that are beyond the garrison level will continue to be worked through the Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) process. CommunityFIRST and AFAP will work hand-in-hand to resolve the concerns of our total Army community.
As a member of our community, you and your organization deserve to have an easy and effective way to comment on the Army services your receive while living in Vicenza. Customer Management Services will be your voice! If you would like me to further speak to you or your organization about CMS or if you would like additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me at (314) 634-6426. I am available at your convenience.
Sincerely,
Nino A. Hill
